View Lessonspace Recordings - Tutors
If enabled by an administrator, tutors will be able to view recordings of past sessions that occurred on the Lessonspace
Viewing Recordings
To view session recordings navigate to the completed sessions tab, select a session, and select "view recording".

- Are these recordings downloadable?
- These recordings are not downloadable.
- Are these recordings shareable?
- The links to these recordings are not sharable. If the link is shared with someone else they will be directed to the ecosystem login page.
- Why am I unable to view the recording for a session?
- Recordings are only available to tutors if an administrator has selected this as an option for the program that the session occurred in. Check with the program administrator to see if recordings for the program should be available.
- Session recordings are only viewable for sessions that took place on the Lessonspace and had both a leader and learner present.
- Sessions must have their attendance confirmed and be in the past tab for users to be able to view the recording. Program administrators are able to confirm attendance, please reach out to the program administrator if unable to view the recording of a session to ensure that the attendance has been confirmed.
- Session recordings may take some time to process and be available, if the session recently ended the recording may need additional time to process before becoming available.
- If the tutor was absent, will the recording be available?
- Only recordings with both a leader and a learner present will be available. If an administrator joined the session on behalf of the tutor as a leader, the recording will be available.
