Setting up a Review and Rating Scale
Administrators can choose between star ratings (1-5 stars) or a customizable scale.
Administrators can also determine which user types (students, tutors, and admins) are able to view the ratings page for tutors. For ecosystems that do not have this feature enabled, it can be enabled by emailing info@goschoolbox.com. Include the following:
- Ecosystem name
- Rating Choice
- Star (1-5 rating scale)
- Custom rating scale and the maximum value on the rating scale
- Programs for which the rating and review system should be enabled
- Which user types should have access to view the review page of a tutor's profile
- Super Admin
- Program Admin
- Tutor
- Student
Note: Once the Review and Rating Scale has been enabled, administrators will need to ensure that a post session question assessment is active for the programs in which they would like students to complete reviews. Reviews and ratings of the tutor will be part of the post session questions for the student.
View and Manage Reviews
To view the reviews and ratings that student's have left for a tutor, navigate to admin panel > sessions > manage reviews
Administrators can see all reviews for their programs in chronological order or select low reviews to view reviews with a 60% or lower review rate.

View individual ratings and reviews by navigating to the reviews page of the tutor's profile.
Only user types that have been given permission will be able to view the tutor's review page. To adjust user types that are able to view this page contact info@goschoolbox.com
