View Lessonspace Recordings - Admins
Administrators can view Lessonspace recordings for past sessions where both a leader and learner were present.
Viewing Recordings
To view session recordings navigate to the admin panel, manage sessions, past sessions, select a session, and select "view recording".

- Who can view recordings?
- Users with the super admin role will be able to view recordings.
- Super admins can also reach out to request this feature is enabled for program admins and/or tutors. This request should include the ecosystem name and program names that the administrator would like the feature enabled for and which roles to enable the feature for.
- Are these recordings downloadable?
- These recordings are not downloadable.
- Are these recordings shareable?
- The links to these recordings are not sharable. If the link is shared with someone else they will be directed to the ecosystem login page.
- Why am I unable to view the recording for a session?
- Session recordings are only viewable for sessions that took place on the Lessonspace and had both a leader and learner present.
- Sessions must be in the past tab for users to be able to view the recording.
- Session recordings may take some time to process and be available, if the session recently ended the recording may need additional time to process before becoming available.
- If the tutor was absent, will the recording be available?
- Only recordings with both a leader and a learner present will be available. If an administrator joined the session on behalf of the tutor as a leader, the recording will be available.
