Upload Curriculum for Multiple Sessions at Once

When using the Lessonspace for sessions, administrators can upload curriculum for multiple sessions at one time.

Bulk Upload Curriculum

Navigate to admin panel > Sessions > Select the sessions to upload curriculum. 

  • Select: Upload Lesson Material at the top of the sessions page. 

  • Select: Upload and choose a zip file from your computer to upload. 
  • Previous material in the Lessonspaces that you are updating will be removed and the new material will be uploaded. 
  • Entering the Lessonspace room during the upload may interrupt the bulk upload. We suggest not entering the room of those Lessonspaces until after the confirmation email is received. 

Note: Only zip files that have been downloaded from Lessonspace and are smaller than 25 MB will successfully upload. For more information see this article from Lessonspace. 

It will take a few minutes for the session material to be uploaded to the LessonSpace rooms. On average, 15 sessions will be updated with the new material per minute. A confirmation email will be sent to the administrator uploading curriculum once the process is complete.
