Complete feedback and Ratings
Students in programs with ratings and reviews enabled are able to complete ratings and reviews for the tutors they have completed sessions with as part of the post session feedback form by navigating to sessions > feedback > session feedback.
View Tutors' Reviews and Ratings
Students in programs with 'Ratings and Reviews' enabled with the correct permissions can view their previous tutor's reviews and ratings by navigating to sessions > completed sessions > tutor's name icon > reviews page on tutor's profile.
If students are able to find and book tutors on their own, they may also view a tutor's reviews and ratings by navigating to find a tutor in the header of their account.
Students are only able to leave and view ratings and reviews if this feature has been enabled for their program and their administrator has given them permission to do so. Students with questions about their program's enabled features or permissions, should reach out to the program administrator.
