Overview
GoSchoolBox has an integration with Classlink rostering services, making logging into GoSchoolBox easy and seamless! We are currently able to give GoSchoolBox access to any students and teachers shared with us through Classlink.
Sharing information with GoSchoolBox
To Begin the sharing process with GoSchool, the district will need to add the GoSchoolBox application in their ClassLink Management Console.
1. In the ClasLink Management Console, click apps --> Add App
2. Search for GoSchoolBox; find the application with the correct title and logo pictured below and select add.
3. After choosing to add the application there will be a choice presented between three permission types from rule-based permissions, full permissions, and legacy custom permissions.
4. Grant App Permissions to make the app visible to users, navigate to Apps, search for the GoSchoolBox application. Clicking on the application will provide options to select courses.

5. Once the above steps are completed, please notify the GoSchoolBox team at info@goschoolbox.com and the team will complete the process to sync the students onto GoSchoolBox
- Any user who is shared with us through Classlink upon selecting the GoSchoolBox app in Classlink will be redirected to the GoSchoolBox platform once they have been synced by the GoSchoolBox and as long as the districted has white listed the necessary URLS.

If the URLs listed below are not whitelisted by the school district, the user will not be able to use GoSchoolBox and participate in sessions.

- Here NAME will equal the secure ecosystem subdomain given to your program. This exact URL will be shared with your team once created by the GoSchoolBox team.

Firewalls and Domain Whitelisting for Lessonspace
If your program is using the Lessonspace integration for virtual sessions, additional firewall settings and domains may need to be whitelisted to ensure successful use of the Lessonspace platform. Full details can be found here.
