Account Settings - Parents
Parents can edit their account settings including profile details, time zone, password, and notification preferences from the Account Settings page.
Account Settings
User's can update their account settings by selecting their profile picture (me) > Account Settings in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
View or edit profile
Select “View or Edit Profile” to update personal information, bio, and availability.

Password update
Users can reset their password by first entering their current password and then entering the new password.
Make sure to click the blue “Save” button to save your new password.
Administrators are also able to reset passwords for users on the user roster.
Notifications
Set notification preferences for tutoring requests, new messages, and other useful updates. Users have the option to receive text messages and/or email updates by toggling on/off the switches next to each setting and clicking “Save.” Parents are able to set notification preferences for each of their connected students.
